Please be advised that we will be switching all processing to our DR data centre beginning at 1 AM ADT (4:00 UTC) on Sunday, October 15. While the process only take a few minutes, we anticipate that processing may be briefly impacted during this transition and when we switch back to the production data centre. It might be best to plan for a 15 minute processing interruption at approximately 1 AM and 1:45 AM.

There is no action required by you provided that your system is using the URL prefixed with https://marlin.firstatlanticcommerce.com or https://gateway.ptranz.com and not hardcoded to use an IP address to send transactions to our gateway.

Our team will be on site during the change and will be providing updates if necessary.
